Cancellation Policy
1. I hereby declare that I have signed up for the FINKIDZ CAMP (“Programme”) organised by MINDFUL KIDZ PTE LTD (“Company”) on behalf of my child (as their parent and legal guardian) and of my own accord. 2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to assume all risks associated with my and/or my child’s participation in the Programme. Save for any loss arising from negligence or wilful misconduct, I hereby agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees (whether full-time or part-time), and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any loss, damage, injury (including personal injury), or property damage that may occur as a result of my or my child’s participation in the Programme. 3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses (including legal fees), or losses arising out of or in connection with: (a) my and/or my child’s participation in the Programme; or (b) any breach of my obligations, representations, or undertakings under this agreement. . 4. I agree to comply with all applicable rules/regulations, instructions and requirements as may be prescribed from time to time by the Company. 5. I understand that my child must adhere to all instructions and rules set by the school and instructors during the entire duration of the course. In the event that my child misbehaves or shows disruptive behaviour, the Company and/or its employees or agents will have the authority to ask the child to leave the class without refund. 6. I will grant the Company the irrevocable right to and permission to capture and distribute photographs, video recordings and audio recordings of the child taken during the camp for promotional, educational and marketing purposes. 7. I acknowledge that no refunds or make-up sessions will be offered for missed days due to my child’s illness, scheduling conflicts or personal reasons. 8. I will, at my own expense and discretion, effect and maintain adequate insurance in respect of medical and accident risks. 9. I am able to meet the financial commitments required to participate in the Programme. 10.
